Lattice Performance Works is led by Patricia Selcher, PhD, who has almost 20 years of experience in Federal and commercial consulting and in manufacturing design engineering for aerospace, defense, automotive, and R&D. Dr. Selcher has successfully transitioned, translated, and reinterpreted manufacturing best practices to transactional services for both the Civilian and Defense sectors of the Federal Government. Dr. Selcher has also supported International and Commercial clients with a focus on telecommunications, transportation, and manufacturing.

Dr. Selcher is certified as a Lean Sensei, ASQ Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, ASQ Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence. Dr. Selcher has been appointed to the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Board of Examiners for 4 consecutive years.

Dr. Selcher’s educational background includes B.M.E, M.S.M.E, and PhD degrees from the Georgia Institute of Technology, a M.S. from Northwestern University, and a M.B.A. from the University of Maryland with dual concentrations in Strategy and Operations.
